A lot has happened in our lives thus far in the new year family, and we're reminding ourselves to stay strong.  For some of us, the loss of loved ones can weigh on us deeply.  Yet and still, we continue to press forward, for it's our turn in the journey to carry the load that our elders and ancestors set forth.  Be that as it may, we rejoice that our loved ones remained with us for so long.  I guess we can say that the child in us wishes that the people we love could live forever, yet we know things aren't made that way.  This Mother's Day is a bit different for many of us.  I say to you out there, feel no fret.  God got this and us.
