Has anyone said to you "Yeah I'm fine", when you asked them how are they doing ? Yes often ? That's what my experience has been too.

And yet when we delve a little deeper, we can sometimes discover how they really are.

In this episode I share a story of when I asked that question of a biker, at the side of the road and what follows gave me a lesson I carry to this day.
