The Texas Review of Law & Politics Podcast

Texas Review of Law and Politics
The Texas Review of Law & Politics (TROLP) is one of the nation's premier conservative law journals. Its mission is to be the prime forum for the discussion and debate of provocative legal issues such as criminal justice, federalism, affirmative action, constitutional history, and religious liberties. On the TROLP podcast, we bring together jurists, legal scholars, practitioners, and members of the popular media for engaging discussions of law and politics.
Introduction and Season Preview
This podcast is the newest venture at the Review. Over the coming semester, we will be bringing together conservative jurists, legal scholars, and members of the popular media for an in-depth, but accessible, discussion of important legal issues. We will have three episodes this season, each hosted by a conservative jurist or legal scholar and each featuring two-to-three other legal experts on the topic. Our hope is that these discussions will be a thought-provoking and informative introduction into the most important issues facing the conservative and libertarian legal movement, and something that will make you want to engage further with these issues in the pages of the Review.
