Jose, a student at Tulsa Community College, sits down with the TCC Connection and talks about Out for TCC, an event hosted by Oklahomans for Equality in partnership with Tulsa Community College's Metro Campus to reach out to the LGBTQ community and encourage higher educational learning at TCC.
