Halloween Havoc is approaching, and NXT is looking to spice things up with the spin the wheel, make the deal stipulations, adding one to the Cora Jade/Roxanne Perez match. Julius Creed and Damon Kemp agreed to a match and stipulations for Halloween Havoc as well.
