I like referring to myself as "Swamp" when my mania or any other mental disabilities take control over me, but something I realized from being locked in a behavioral health unit for over two weeks was I cant trust everyone. Not everyone likes you, not everyone cares about you, and not everyone will put up with your bullshit. So my bullshit is going into this podcast I promptly named the swamp.
