It's been a quick minute, or rather a few months. Between managing my own almost Stage Two Burnout, and focusing on a few necessary things in my personal life, the podcast had to take a backseat for a few months. 

Thank goodness. I don't think I'd be much good to y'all if I didn't practice what I preach.
