In this review I give my honest opinion on a company that I purchased two items from. A noob/sub-zero N95 mask and also a black Predator Helmet which was DOT approved. In this episode I talk about the good things about the company and what I liked about them, but also some of the challenges I had with the shipping and tracking numbers. I also express my frustration with the process of me having to cancel my card and having my venmo account frozen due to this whole issue. It is now almost a full month later and I'm awaiting processing of the second refund for items I sadly never received to this day. I have yet to receive the final refund of the second item for the Predator mask and was unfortunately never provided with tracking numbers but on their dashboard it showed out for delivery. However that was a week ago and still no items. I wanted to give a special thank you to one of the administrators for processing my refund and working with me to attempt to resolve this issue, however it was never fully resolved because I never received any of the items regrettably. I really had high hopes for this company and looked forward to doing more business with them in the future.
