This week, the President and one of the founders of RIT Esports, Evan Hirsh, details the origins, recent announcements and long term goals for the club.&nbsp;
It is great to hear a leader in collegiate esports share a lot of the same interests in esports as I do; as more of a fan than a participant. It allows us to think of the club as an organization, how to scale and build it for longevity. It also forces us to think about many questions like:

 <li>Who is this for</li>
 <li>How do we reach them</li>
 <li>Where are the pain points</li>
 <li>What is best for the organization when your goals go beyond winning</li>
</ul>
