Talk about turning points in your life - Andy had a soccer injury in high school which is how he ended up at a chiropractor. But it wasn't his back that was hurting, it was his knee! The chiropractor instantly helped his knee feel better - and this was the turning point that made him say, "I want to do this". That single moment shaped the entire path for Dr. Andy Wright's life.

During our conversation we cover the typical injuries that happen for people with desk jobs as well as active people who work out regularly. Andy offers his insight into which parts of the spine are often injured the most as well as how to protect those areas.

A few of the things we talk about during the show are foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and even a kneeling chair.

Nutrition is another topic we dive into. Dr. Andy does a specific test to find food allergies. This test identifies foods that can cause inflammation in your body. The typical culprits being dairy, nuts, eggs, grains, soy. It's an interesting perspective on what food can do to our bodies and why we should care.
