Cheryl Cardall is a parent coach and host of the Fight like a Mother podcast. &nbsp;Her goal is to advocate for and educate about mental health as well as provide resources for parents raising kids with extra challenges. She has a bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development from the University of Utah. She loves to speak and teach and is passionate about helping strengthen families. Cheryl and her husband David are the proud parents of 5 children.&nbsp;
