Often times we self sabotage. We get so caught up in moments we allow them to handicap us. Have you heard the saying "If you knew better you'd do better". Well I disagree. I believe "If you WANT better, you will DO better". Are you ready for a real conversation?

Everything we go through only lasts a moment. Once these moments pass, they become a part of our past. Are we going to allow these moments to handicap us, or are we going to allow them to give us STRENGTH? A key to finding THE STRENGTH WITHIN is acknowledging what is and embracing what was!
