My first theme for the podcast is featured in this episode: missional living.  Here, I share a story about a season of life that was challenging and how God opened the door for a change of perspective through a Summer Ministry opportunity at a church in the Bay Area of California, Peninsula Covenant Church.  That summer at PCC did some healing in my heart and it also taught me that it was in the small choices, the day-to-day moments, that make up missional living. It is in how I choose to spend my money.  It's in how I choose to spend my time.  It's in how I show the love of Jesus to the people around me.  Despite being in a disappointing season, God can still move and grow us, and change us for the better.

I also share the purpose of this podcast: for connection and to share stories.  It's also to talk about what God can do in the midst of our in-between seasons and how that tension can grow and shape us.
