From very early on Jordy knew he felt a strong affinity towards working type dogs like German Shepherds and Malinois.
When Jordy and his wife Shae finally moved into their new home it was agreed that they were going to finally get that working type dog - and their decision was a KNPV line Dutch Shepherd.
And it's there that Jordy and Shae's adventure with their dog Remi began!
The popularity of working breeds like Malinois and Dutch Shepherds has drastically increased in recent years.
Prominent appearances of the breeds in films like the John Wick franchise, and more recently Channing Tatum's DOG have put these dogs in the spotlight in a way that has some very real potential detriment for owners and dogs alike.
As you'll hear shared by Jordy and Shae, we hope that this episode can act as a resource for folks considering making the leap into first time ownership of a working line dog.
