Every parent - for every moment of parenthood - has their own set of hopes and fears for their children. It is innate and inherent in our role as parents. Those hopes and fears are heightened exponentially when you know where the monsters are and what the monsters look like. As Black women, Black men, Black boys and girls lives have been taken mindlessly and senselessly, Kamau² and Adrian discuss the state of the world, the state of racism, the state of assault on "other" and how that all impacts the way they father, the way they dream and the way they protect their sons.
