Our guests this morning are Vosgan Mekhitarian, Head of School, and Danila Koverman, Director of Admissions and Outreach, for Fusion Academy. Vosgan has spent the last 10 years working in education, committed not only to helping students grow academically, but to grow as human beings. He has worked as a teacher, academic advisor and administrator at the high school and post-secondary levels, as well as in adult education. He started his career at Fusion Huntington Beach in 2012 as a Recording Arts and Humanities teacher.  Before Danila Koverman became the Director of Admissions and Outreach, she was one of Fusion Academy’s Spanish teachers and the World Language Department Head. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences at UCLA and her Certificate in Spanish Interpretation and Translation at UCLA Extension. Danila learned Spanish while growing up in Argentina and has been bilingual most of her life. This morning, we’ll learn the Fusion Academy story and talk specifically about the Fusion South Bay campus and their fall programs and events.
