Last week a dear friend took me to an energetic portal at the Long Man of Wilmington in the South of England. It was indeed a very powerful experience that put me on notice of the need to regularly align ourselves to the energy of the Earth while we are going through this transformation period. Changes are great and will come at a greater pace so we need to be able to ground ourselves at a solid inner core.
