It is not necessary to suffer in order to be happy. It does not mean that the contrast lived by suffering is not useful but it should never be "the price" to pay for a satisfying and happy life. In this episode we identify the process and the motivations of the collective that could lead us personally to believe that suffer is a must in order to be worthy of the joy and well-being that is ours by birth-right.
