Simon Sinek wrote a book called The Infinite Game. In this episode, I discuss one of my key takeaways from that book in relation to raising the standard of those around you, in order to, in effect, raise your own standard and help you to be better. It's not about tearing others down, it's about helping you to get better, which forces you to get better if they are your direct competition.
