Today, I sit down to talk to Tasmanian Young Australian of the Year, Will Smith.

Will is a part-time police officer that mainly works in the youth development space with his programs JCP and BEAST. As you'll hear, he has a massive passion for helping at-risk youth to find empowerment, generate new role models, spend time with more empowering people and to generate new leaders both for now and in the future. Will's passion had me so inspired after this chat and I'm really grateful for him having join me on this podcast today.
