In this episode we head outside of Korea for the very first time as we welcome a former colleague of Tony’s from Kazakhstan to discuss possibly the worst run school in the history of education. We get into the unbelievable things we both had to put up with while working at that particular place, Wiley’s suspicions that he was actually on a hidden camera show, having one printer between almost 100 teachers and how the school dealt with COVID.

We also chat about making a board game based on the school, teaching in an AK-47 factory in Kyrgyzstan and dabbling in the illegal arms trade in Central Asia.

There’s also bits and pieces about how Peru compares to both Kazakhstan and Korea from an education point of view.
