You know when you meet someone at work at think "Wow, this kid is smart - they're going places." Well that's exactly what I thought back in 2009 when I met Gemma Gaisano, who at the time was interning at the fashion house where I worked in New York. Fast forward 14 years (!!) and Gemma is now the married Mom of 2 who co-founded a company built to make travel easier for parents....a kickstarter campaign that blew away expectations and now can barely keep their iconic Getaway Bag in stock.
