Basically we sat while the doctor gave us the referral in his room. Then the referral doesn't work because the place he sent us to is for over 12 years old kidsHad to go back get a new one for another placeCalled the new place and they will call me back when they get the fax or I need to follow up next week. So a bit disappointed about the whole experience from the consultation, lack of customer service and no emotional intelligence even though I had to pay $70 for it and then having the wrong place in it.
