In today's podcast I interviewed Phoebe who is a Navy brat that primarily grew up in Yokosuka, Japan. We talk about life in Japan and some of her realizations when she transitioned back to the states. She attended a community college before ultimately graduating from UC Berkley, where she says that she learned a lot about herself and her ethnic background. We dive into the longer-lasting effects of our military child upbringings and how they still impact us as adults.
