A quick introduction to me and my thoughts as I start this podcast. While I have much to get off my chest, I hope to begin a dialogue; inviting the views and experiences of the sentient.

This podcast is an attempt to remark and reflect on thoughts past and present. It is an account of emotional development and an attempt to interpret the resulting sensations. The initial approach is from three strands of life: work, relationships and the self.
