We look at employee turnover and how it is a too common problem in companies with poor management styles. Employees are likelier to leave when they don't feel appreciated or supported. This can be extremely costly for a company, not only in terms of the money spent on recruiting and training new employees but also in terms of the lost productivity and creativity of the departed employees.
