Her research includes coverage of key regulatory compliance issues; risk management, ethics, and trust in digital transformation; and operational resilience. In this role, she helps Forrester clients build and mature a comprehensive programs that maximises business opportunity and performance while minimising risk and protecting the organisation’s brand.
