For today episode, I'm sharing a quote that I found recently about time. It says "Time is free, but it's priceless. You can't own it, but you can use it. You can't keep it, but you can spend it. Once you've lost it you can never get it back." - Harvey MacKay. I heard the term a few months back about the best games/app to kill time. I don't remember what's the app/game now, but the ads literally says that. So in this episode, I want to continue the discussion about habit, and how to tweak a bit on how we spend time so that it can benefit for our future.
