In this episode, I attempted to demystify the concept of Pollyannaism which is also known as The Pollyanna Principle or The Positivity Bias. I shared from a practical perspective, how to make a message out of every mess. I also talked about what I planned on doing if I couldn’t redeploy to Lagos and had to serve in Edo state or if I missed an opportunity to work with a big firm or if my application got rejected by a top university.
