We're approaching the midpoint of 2022, so I think it's time we look back at some of the music that has dropped this year. We've got a lot of good music, whether it was from our favorite artists, long-awaited returns, or new artists in the industry, but those albums had us listening to every day so far. Joining The Safe Room this week is another music lover, Duke, from Return of the Mak Podcast, as we both share our albums of the year so far with plenty of 2022 left to go. Also, we go over the most discussed album in the last week (positively or negatively regardless). Did Drake flop big time with his new album "Honestly, Nevermind?" Is Beyonce following a similar approach to her upcoming album? More importantly, what does it mean for artists to try different bags of their artistry (Sound, Genre, etc.)?
