We are back! This time, The Safe Room gives another opportunity for individuals to host their conversations on whatever topic they choose to discuss. Here's some background:
Ten individuals were selected after a "Best Caribbean Drink Ever" Tournament. In agreement, those individuals would get a chance to host The Safe Room personally. Our first ever special host was Kayla George, this week we have two special hosts: Deshondre Williams & Kevin Obeng. Kevin is a co-host with Shon to the Court Advantage Podcast, a sports podcast discussing the rumours and highlights in sports. Deshondre is a York University student studying in Kinesiology, with interests in anatomy and biology. In this episode, these gentlemen open the floor to the world of sports health: The importance of strength and conditioning for exercising, examining the practice of kinesiology and the human body, but of course, getting into everything sports. Let just say... it's a combination of Court Advantage and The Safe Room in one!
