What is Community work without any action? How much effort do we put into the community before we ask ourselves... What's the end goal? This week, I talk on two perspectives for working for the community and working within the community. How can we evaluate both and find common ground to obtain the results and achieve the next steps we plan that are either restricted, limited, or never completed. But most importantly, how can we apply our experience to community work and utilize it for our own goals we want to set that benefits us, while at the same time, helping out the community.
