Chef Ken Davis Owner of Flyin’ K BBQBorn in Flagstaff, AZ and went to school in Ahwatukee AZ. Joined the Army as a 19D Cav Scout. In 2000 responded to the call to Served in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Did 8 year and then got out and moved back to Prescott, AZ. Went to work for the US Forest Service as a Hotshot in Prescott. Moved to Gilbert for with wife and daughter and after working in the corporate world for a few years, decided to become self employed and start a food truck. Opened the second truck 4 years later.
