Impressive conversation. I downloaded the book during the POD as I seem to do frequently.

Powerful Episode
I’m sharing your episode with Dr. Ellen Langer with everyone I know. Even my 20 year old in nursing school bc she talks about what she notices about todays medical system… think of the wellness the world would have with a mindful hospital.

Appreciation
Rich, I loved your episode with Dr Ellen Langer. I’ve been into recovery, mindful living, & breathwork for many years. Always searching for a better way to live and prosper. Thanks for giving me more ways to get there. Peace, Steven Hessel

Podcasting
I am fairly new to what I call podcasting. Listening to podcasts on my way to and from work. I have found Rich Roll to be one of my favorites. He is genuine and seems to be so interested in each subject. He dives deep and asks the questions that interest him that feel so personal and not just for show. Meaning, substance and entertainment 💚🌱 Also makes me happy he is vegan and cares our the earth. Please follow the vegan food pantry I am on staff for @lasveganfoodpantry On IG and Facebook

Let them speak
Good podcast, but could be so much better. The host needs to stop interrupting guests to interject opinion or answer his own questions. Speaking over the guests is tedious for the listener, and probably incredibly frustrating for the guest. The recent episode with Dr Langer was over the top. May be more likely to pass future episodes.

Loved the podcast with Ruari but I tried to email his company and the address is invalid. Bummer. Good info. I wish the alcohol industry would collapse , just had another friend killed by a drunk driver. I never drink and my life is awesome. Keep up the good work!💓

Redundant
Long time listener but don’t give Rich’s pod much time anymore. It’s too produced and the guests seem slightly redundant. However, Roll On is a wonderful example of real conversation that is worth a listen and I never miss those episodes.

We Need More “Roll On”!
Roll On episodes are the best because of the chemistry between Rich and Adam. We miss it. Also could do without so many ultra-runners and “mindfulness” “woo woo” type people. The conversations with more relatable people are the best.

Really enjoyed the interview with film maker Brian Grazer. His take on casting film roles I thought would be great for my adult kids interviewing…

Best podcast you will ever watch

Chris Herren’s realness …
The episode with Chris Herren was such a fascinating exploration of the pressures a professional NBA athlete faces. Kudos to Herren’s courage for being an unassuming pioneer by providing connected-based discussion to listeners, sport fans and youth regarding the mental stress put on high performers.

Would be great with less host
The guests are of the highest caliber, offering invaluable insights. However, the host's style of interview often detracts as it is very leading in its line of questioning. It leaves me wishing for a format where I hear the guest without much of the host’s input or opinion.
Hi from the Future
Hmmmmm.
Arthur Brooks says we can make ourselves happier by wanting less, then recommends we follow his practice of spending two months at a different beach every year. Must be nice to want so little.

A must listen

Evaluation of Information
The podcast with Frances Haugen was insightful and adds a whole new dimension to the education of evaluating information. After dedicating 35 years as a librarian/educator to this subject, I hope it can continue to be incorporated into all levels of the US curriculum. Thank you, Rich! You continue to educate this life long learner.

Rich Roll podcast is pure motivation
I’m currently reading Rich’s book, and it’s great to see how he learns from his mistakes and is able to move forward. On top of that, he has a very detailed and rich method for interviewing his guests. 5 stars for having a normal, levelheaded podcast which stands out in a sea of bombastic alternatives out there.

Some good content, some flawed advice
I’ve been listening to the show for about 8 months. Loving some episodes and other turned off mid-episode because of some very tone deaf advice. The most recent episode with Arthur C Brooks involved advice about not taking politics so seriously and cutting out relatives. But, when those relatives invalidate your existence based off their politics, it is quite healthy to cut them out. Politics isn’t trivial for many marginalized people. It might be for cis, hetero, wealthy, white men though.

Eating disorders
I started listening to this really informative podcast about eating disorders and was all ready to recommend this to others when I heard Rich push a dietary supplement to make sure your diet is perfect and this special blend of powders will guarantee to make you feel better , have more energy etc etc etc . This was just after a great discussion about diet fads , diet foods and diet talk can feed into an eating disorder. Really disappointed to have this commercial in the middle of the interview

Brad Stulburg
I used to the a huge RR fan but I have struggled to enjoy many of his podcasts over the last few years. The latest episode with Brad Stulburg was painful. Rather than hearing about his new book, Rich was challenging and arguing with everything his guest said. What happened to having open conversations, not just needing to be right? It seems Rich’s ego has grown with his popularity.

Favorite Podcast
Love it. Been listening for years and has helped keep me on track and also opened my eyes to a healthy way of living. **Am I missing something-you list the episode # on your facebook posts, but when I go to find it on the app it’s not listed by episode number. Great podcast and Rich Roll has the best guests. Famous and the regular folk. Very well rounded.

Aug 10 episode with Chris Evans
WOW — I decided to listen to this one because I need a break from Trump news cycle and was I in for a treat. I loved this entire podcast and especially the wisdom that just oozed from Chris Evans. The questions at the end about education really caught my attention too — have you read Tomorrowmind by renowned positive physchologist, Dr. Martin Seligman and CPO of BetterUp, Gabrielle Kellerman? We need to move out of the old paradigms of the Industrial Revolution into this new normal of rapid change — it speaks to everything you touched in in this episode, Rich Roll!

Pod is good
This podcast is great, I’d love to see more women as guests! Just to mix it up!

Christopher Gardner
There is no way that Christopher Gardner wasn’t unconsciously affected by the beyond meat money to skew his perspective on the results of his study. I think it is disingenuous of him not to admit that. Lost a lot of respect. For me, everything else he said lost credibility.

I can’t stop listening
I recently was recommended this podcast when having a discussion about eating and health and wellness and since I started this podccast I have become obsessed. Rich has great guests on with amazing interviews and all of the information I have listened to so far is so interesting and fresh and new. I wondered when I first started if it was going to be too elite athlete heavy and that I would not relate to it and I cannot say that some episodes may be that way. However, the ones I have listened to have been episodes and conversations for everyone to listen to, not just elite athletes.

My constant
Spiritual Minimalism
Really enjoyed this podcast. Very insightful. The one thing Light said that made me pause was he is about to be 50 and may want to have/start a family. Ofcourse this can be in many different ways, people define family in many different ways but all I kept thinking was, that means if it’s a woman partner, she’s likely going to have to be 15 years younger. 😬

Thankful!
I found the RRP about 6 years ago. This podcast has absolutely helped me grow spiritually, with fitness, health, relationships, and encouraged me more times then I can count to keep pressing forward. I will credit Rich and Julie for the giant push in my life to explore my own limitless potential. They are a great team. Julie is absolutely a spiritual mother the thousands. Thanks Rich! Rich is hands DOWN the best empathic interviewer - that was confirmed when he interviewed the complex Lance Armstrong. Rich was full of curiosity and humanity in that interview. Thank you will never be enough for all that this podcast has rippled in my own life and the power and love ripples around the world. My podcast debuts 8/3 Rich - thank you for being a true inspiration.

Book promotion
Built to move - was looking forward to hearing about movement and things to incorporate but I got an hour in of the guests talking in circles saying nothing of value and Rich just let it happen and not pressing for specifics. I get needing to promote the book but I’m not listening to a 3 hour nothing burger. Seems to be a reoccurring theme of the pod.

Amazing
Thank you for a one of a kind podcast. The episodes never disappoint. I learn many things in each podcast and try to incorporate the lesson into my life.
