He is an entrepreneur, has maintained a corporate career and is the founder of not-for-profit, icanyoucantoo, working to level the career playing field for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.Nilesh grew up on a London council estate and was raised to believe in education and achievement. He got a 1st class degree, topped his business school and got onto a prestigious graduate programme at one of the world’s top accounting firms.
