Do you believe in "New Years' Resolutions"? That tradition of making promises to ourselves on January 1st only to disappoint not even a month down the road. I used to buy into all of that. Not so much anymore. The reason? I believe that if you and I want to change something in our lives, we don't have to wait for a holiday to do that. We can choose to do that same thing today. And then the next day and the day after that and so on. It's a choice everyday. Instead of jumping on a new years band wagon...a resolution...how about a lifestyle revolution instead. Choosing every day to do that thing, regardless of what others are doing or not doing. Of course we're gonna make mistakes and miss the mark...we're human but instead of starting back from scratch...we get up where we are and keep going.
