Home remodeling is hard.  There are thousands of hurdles between where you are now and having a successful remodeling project.  Those hurdles lead to the cautionary tales we hear about every year.  It doesn't need to be this way though.

Over the last 15 years, I've been lucky enough to help a lot of people remodel and build homes.  Throughout all of those conversations, there has been one consistent theme that has held people back or derailed their process - uncertainty.  

Questions like: Should I remodel or sell my home?  How do I know I'm choosing the right contractor?  Should I do one big project now, or split them up into smaller projects?  Is this contract the safest one for this kind of project?  How do I know this design is right for me?  How long should this project take?  And on, and on.
