Working in the family business that her dad started, Tina learned the importance of engaging a team to work together in order to build a successful organization. Over the last 25 years, she has managed, developed and trained individuals and groups across the country, focusing on sales, management and leadership. She has worked with business owners to find success by thinking strategically, asking the difficult questions and ensuring their people are engaged to drive the company mission and goals.
Her specialties are in training and development, primarily around improving workplace communication as well as individual and team coaching. Through these roles she has also been an advisor to various companies and CEO peer groups, bringing resources and connections to support their initiatives.
Tina and her business partners created VolkBell HR Services to bring small and mid-sized companies experienced HR professionals through an outsourced partnership, on an as needed basis. Their team of HR professionals have a heart for small business and look to match practical HR with our client's culture and management styles.
