If I knew then what I know now. Advice to a 21 year old. 67 podcasts over 3 years, a current audience of 27500, heard in over 55 countries, 34 guests. This is the final podcast in the series and I briefly summarise what I’ve learnt from the podcasts and my guests over the last three years. Plus I give advice to my 21 year old self and ask myself the question I’ve posed to most of my guests ‘What one piece of overarching advice would you give to an older worker trying to find a fulfilling role?’
