What are the truly significant things we pass on to, say, the next generation? Integrity, good stewardship, compassion, and others, but what are of first importance? The Redheaded Preacher argues with Paul that of first importance to hand on is the good news of Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. The message goes on about how many ways it is the grounding of the measure of our whole lives.
