We have a promise of 'A sound mind' and we need to claim it and possess it. God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. His perfect love for us casts out all fear. For us to walk in soundness of mind we need to receive and be rooted in God's love. Our faith should rest on God's love.
