Janel won't hesitate to share a smile or a wave when she sees you - a tip we could all probably do more of. &nbsp;She is a hair stylist by day, which I am pretty sure gives her a super power of being able to relate and read people quite well. &nbsp;Then she turns into a chill mom at night that likes to hang out with her husband, two sons, and two cats. &nbsp;Her family has some unique characteristics to be appreciated and she shares about them and how she stays upbeat about them on this episode.
