Bob Hyatt is joining us on the next two episodes. Together with J.R. Briggs, he released a Book many years ago entitled Eldership and the Mission of God that is still alive and kickin’ today.
In part 1 of our conversation, we talk about bad pastors, collaborating on writing projects, what derails healthy elder teams, and the hardest part of leading.
Both Bob and J.R. are leadership coaches with Kairos Partnerships. Kairos exists to help leaders overcome their unique challenges by equipping them to lead with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
