Challenge - Making Time
Challenge number one: Making time. You need time to start looking for a solution and to find and test the tools you need. It can be tricky to make time, but see what you can do and happily share how it is going. Also, you might be past this step already and much further down the line, and you might have good ideas and tips to share in hindsight.

Could it be hormonal? Pete Matthew’s experience with low testosterone and a long covid diagnosis
In this episode I’m talking to Pete, who received a diagnosis of long covid and only by chance found out that his CFS symptoms are down to hormones. We recorded this episode in Dec. 2022, which was at the beginning of his hormonal treatment, and I’m happy to say that he does feel better since. As Pete mentions at the beginning, he is actually a financial advisor. He does a lot to help people sort out their finances, and I can say for myself thanks to his book, I feel very adult and organised about money now, so I can highly recommend you have a look at what he does: Meaningful Money is here: https://meaningfulmoney.tv And of course, the link to the Men’s health clinic for those who think that could be an option: https://themenshealthclinic.co.uk/  Here is a link to the youtube channel from the doctor from the Men’s health clinic, Rob Stevens:    / @themenshealthclinic  00:00 Series Intro 00:28 Episode Intro 01:05 Start of the episode 01:42 Pete introduces himself 04:30 How Pete's journey with CFS symptoms started 10:21 The GP considered it to be long covid, even though Pete never had it 13:40 Pete's attempt with homoeopathic medicine and a coach 14:54 Things he learned from the coaching 18:30 A bit more about the symptoms, their severity and how he coped 20:58 Could it all be down to low testosterone? 23:14 Confirmation that it is down to hormones 25:02 His colleague started to feel better within 6 weeks of treatment 25:19 Early days but Pete feels a difference 28:11 People replied to his email sharing their journey with the needed hormonal treatment 29:20 Lifestyles and environmental issues play their part 32:20 The treatment he receives 34:10 Costs of the monthly treatment 36:55 Last thoughts for this episode 38:04 Episode Outro

Fatigue Coach Pamela Rose
In this episode I get to talk to Pamela Rose, she suffered from ME/CFS herself, fully recovered and today she works as a fatigue coach to help others on their journey. I found the conversation with her hugely inspirational, and I hope you can take a lot from it. Please note if you are sensitive to stories involving blood, it might be best to skip from around 10min - 13min. Also apologies the video might be a bit jittery, but the audio is clear so hopefully, it is not too irritating.
