I absolutely LOVED this conversation with my beautiful friend Ange.  Ange is the wizard behind Cheeky Kookaburra and is a very clever content creator, social media guru, photographer, videographer & SquareSpace website designer as well as being a much loved member of The Up Level Crew.

In true Ange and CB style we kicked off our conversation with Ange discussing how she met her edge recently by going and getting a colonic. Or as Ange likes to put it a tube up her arse!
No but(ts) about it, this process for Ange was so much more than getting a colonic, it was about embracing support, receiving, being fully seen, letting go of what no longer serves and leaning into living life in an even more bold and expanded way.

 We also had a cracker of a discussion about:

• Accepting where we are, not beating ourselves up and making the decision to move forward from where we are in this moment.
• How doing what feels scary and stretchy leads to us coming out the other side transformed.
• The importance of caring for your body, mind and energy so you can show up for your business.
• Putting yourself at the centre of your business. How showing up imperfectly, sharing your heart and being seen on socials (or anywhere in your business) will magnetise the right people to you.
• The importance of having a support crew around you that will lift you up and hold you accountable. Ange shares her experience of growing and building her business with The Up Level Crew.
• Creating space on a regular and consistent basis so you can get clear about where you're at and where you are going.
• Embracing your worthiness and claiming your desire to up level
• The beauty of welcoming in love and connection with our chosen family and selecting those people into your arena to support you in life and business.
