In this solo episode I share from my heart and personal experience, how exponential my business expansion has been after going within to do the deep inner work around my ego and self awareness. 

I talk about "ego", and how it shows up in our business. With our awareness, we are able to shift away from an ego-driven business to a soul centred one... and that, well in my experience, changes everything. 

When we are building an ego-driven business many of us end up feeling like a fraud, physically exhausted, emotionally and spiritually depleted, and disconnected from WHY we actually started leaning into our dream in the first place. 

I have seen too often how many of us  use our business as a vehicle for external validation, to prove our worthiness, or to feel loved and accepted. This episode is an invitation to come back to your power, to deeply connect with your true self and to celebrate ALL of who you are. 

I highlight some areas where our ego hides in our business, such as:

• Comparison and feelings of inadequacy 
• Perfectionism
• Feeling like we are behind
• Jealousy, competition and judgement 
• Energy leaks and no boundaries 
• Martyrdom and over-giving

When we come back to our power as the ultimate authority on what is right for us and our business, we are able to  able to build a business with success metrics that feel true for us. We are able to expand our yes's, cultivate nourishing community, lean on grace through seasons of stretchy growth, and know we are innately worthy no matter what is happening outside of us.
