Loretta is a Life + Leadership Practitioner who supports an array of health and wellness practitioners to stay out of burnout and unhealthy stress. She started her career as a child and youth counselor, began a certified coach in 2007, and eventually transitioned her career to large-scale transformation projects while achieving her Masters in Leadership. From founding a charity to co-producing an international documentary and working on multi-million dollar government initiatives, she's spent the last 23 years serving people from all walks of life to reach their potential and thrive. She now specializes in integrating her professional achievements, personal learnings, and body therapy breathwork in her coaching practice to support folks in coming into their hearts, being in wellness, and finding themselves again.
