Jess works with women who are ready to reside in their empowered femininity, shake off their good girl and write their own rules - leaving behind hyper masculine, hustle ways of living and being, so that they feel alive, radiant and magnetic. She weaves together somatic, energetic and spiritual practice, with grounded feminine embodiment coaching, where women experience deep awakenings, healings and breakthroughs to remember of their true power and magnificence, and their inherent worthiness. 

Her approach is body, emotional and energetic based, and she guides you to bring light into your shadows to become truly liberated as a woman. Jess is a certified Feminine Embodiment Coach, Somatic Healer, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, holds a Bachelor of Business, is Solo Mama to a 3 year old girl, masculine and feminine energy expert, and is on her heart's mission to awaken femininity.
