The bigness of racism can feel insurmountable and can paralyze and burn out real action. So we must tend the soil beneath our feet, the garden we’re already standing in. We must remember that antiracist work is the work of God, the gospel, but this is mostly new to the White church. So as we do the work let us be as a tree firmly planted yet feel the discomfort of being out on a limb.
