Bada-Bing, Bada-Boom.  September has hit us like a semi-tractor, leaving us to fend for ourselves in these trying times.   The Fall is a beautiful time of year, especially in Upstate NY, however the real villain of this time of year is the onset of seasonal depression.  
Today we're talking about the bad, the ugly and the outright unacceptable that comes with the fall/winter time.   Come spend an hour with us while we sort through how we're planning on coping this coming season, and hopefully share a few relatable laughs in preparation.
